  1. I received these 2 Virus Threats after trying to fix my Antimalware Service Executable

Please send immediate help,I tried to fix my computer due to my Antimalware Service Executable using too much Disk and Memory in my Task Manager. I searched and found this guide in google which I followed since I really need to speed up my laggy pc.This is the guide that I used: https://techwiser.com/fixes-for-antimalware-service-executable-high-cpu-ram-usage-on-windows-10-11/I did everything said in the guide even the system commands as well but after I finished, I just realized that I turned off my Windows 10 Antivirus without having a back-up Antivirus. 2. 2 Antimalware service executables

    Thank you Carlo TJ.

I followed the steps but there are 2 Antimalware service executables even in clean boot.

Is there anything that can be done other than this?

    2 Antimalware service executables

What you see is likely normal for Windows 11.

The first part that shows Antimalware Service Executable > Microsoft Defender Antivirus Service

is just the one process - as it is in Windows 10.

It is MsMpEng.exe which is the executable running as the WinDefend service.

Antimalware Service Executable Content Process is MsMpEngCP.exe. I'm not entirely sure of this executables purpose though it seems to have something to do with definition updates. I suspect it holds all the virus signature information in memory.

    2 Antimalware service executables

Could you post a screen shot that shows the 2 Antimalware service executables?

Are you sure that one of them isn't the Antimalware service executable content process?
