Windows 10: I received this email. It looks like a scam. Do I need to do anything?

Is this legit or a Scam email?

Just received this on my Windows Live Mail. I have a Outlook.com account. I suspect this is a faked email. I deleted it without opening the link. Just want someone to confirm if it is fake or not. Thank you.
