Received an e-mail saying my account was charged $399 for Microsoft Defender Protection. Appears to be a scam.

I received a phone call suppose to be from Microsoft about charging my account with $399 for a firewall and wanted my information.

Received call from 920-399-8219 from Oconto Falls, WI, saying that Microsoft was going to charge my account $399 to for renewal of subscribtion activate Firewall.

He gave me instructions to go to computer and my account and he would then send me the refund information. Didn't do and hung

up.
