    I received "Virtool" Severe Threats after trying to fix my Antimalware Service Executable


    Please send immediate help,I tried to fix my computer due to my Antimalware Service Executable using too much Disk and Memory in my Task Manager. I searched and found this guide in google which I followed since I really need to speed up my laggy pc.This is the guide that I used: https://techwiser.com/fixes-for-antimalware-service-executable-high-cpu-ram-usage-on-windows-10-11/I did everything said in the guide even the system commands as well but after I finished, I just realized that I turned off my Windows 10 Antivirus without having a back-up Antivirus.     Antimalware Service Executable

    Hello,

    Currently I'm facing a problem with the antimalware service executable. It uses half of my memory, I did tried some solutions such as: Change Windows Defender’s schedule and Add Antimalware Service Executable to Windows Defender exclusion list. However, none of these solutions has yet fixed my issue. Any help is appreciated.

    Should I install another antivirus program?
