Windows 10: I recently accidentally deleted 2 lsp files how do I fix this?

I accidentally deleted what looked like 2 lsp files, im sure one of them was lsp.dll and one was something similar .dll because for some reason thise 2 files were in a folder i created for an app which i no longer needed so i deleted the whole folder and not paying attention i deleted those 2 files also which is weird because if its related to everything internet related it means i shouldve recieved a denial when i tried to delete them cause it wouldve been open in like 10 apps or something, and i am unable to access anything Internet related so that includes Microsoft Store and everything tha

that's all off already dude lol, I'm really surprised there is no fix for the recent files list/MRU in the file menu of programs haha

I appreciate the help, MS really needs to implement a Group Policy or a string that can do that for all programs installed

or just open regedit and remove all the fileX from that key.
