Windows 10: I recently bought a PC and now can't activate Windows 11?!

Hi all,I recently bought myself a PC after using a laptop forever! However, I don't understand why when I signed into my account, which has Windows 11 already installed, I am told that I can't activate Windows 11?! I spent a lot of money on this PC and really do not want to now have to spend the extortionate amount to simply activate Windows when I have it on my laptop already!! What can I do??

Can’t activate windows 11 on gaming PC

I recently just build a pc and did all the steps needed to install windows 11 such as uploading it onto a usb and connecting that to the pc and fix my setting on BIOS. I tried downloading windows 11 on my pc but it keeps popping up that it still hasn’t been activated and it says error code 0xC004F213. But my motherboard says it comes with window 11

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows activation doesn't work

Hi Michael,

This might be caused by Windows Firewall issues. We'd like to know where you bought the activation code. As an initial troubleshooting step, we suggest turning Windows Firewall On. Follow the steps below:

• Go to Control Panel.
• Click System and Security then Windows Firewall.
  
• Then on the left panel, select Turn Windows Firewall on or off.
  
• Select Turn on Windows Firewall, click OK then restart PC.
