I recently bought Printmaster 2020 and I am having problems printing from this software in Windows 11. Is there a work around or fix?

Printing problem - won't print from Printmaster 2020

New HP Windows 11 laptop - Old Printmaster did not transfer. Had to purchase new Printmaster 2020 & downloaded 11/4/22. It won't print. Other programs will print such as Word and NotePad will print just fine to my HP 5000 Envy printer. It's not the printer, it's good.

So unhappy with this new Printmaster 2020, so different from my old comfortable one and I can't get "Help" to open up, but that's another problem..

Did you try reinstalling Printmaster 2020? You should not have to buy a new copy just because you changed PC's. Software companies who don't make it easy to reinstall or move their software to new PC's won't stay in business, consumers want this flexibility at the bare minimum.

Support would need to come from them, but do keep us posted as others will see this and know whether they should buy this software. You might let them know we are watching here in the world's largest tech forums.

Thank you Greg for your reply. The Printmaster I had in my old PC was old and I don't have a disk to reinstall. I will go back to broderbund.com for help. I did try to contact help but think I went to the wrong place, I'll use your suggestion. All I use the Printmaster for is labels adding a picture and address for my great grandson who lives in another state. Also it's easy to make cheery cards for friends living in care facilities. Word has labels but won't let me add a picture. I'm just using their templet.
