Windows 10: I recently built a new PC and I cannot get wifi to work on it

Im building a pc for a friend and i finished it last night, it has no internet connection and there is no way for me to install drivers which i assume is the issue for the network device that i have plugged in. it’s not a usb device nor a pcie device it’s using two circular screw holes to connect. I really have no idea what to do so anything is helpful but i have truly tried most everything.Thanks

Bluetooth headset mic does not work with newly built PC

Recently built a PC with ASRock B550 ITX/ac motherboard. I am using a wireless bluetooth headphones (similar to airpods).

The sound is great, however, I am unable to record anything through the built-in mic.

System: Windows 10

Problem: Connect a bluetooth headset to the PC; The sound works; the mic doesn't work seemingly

Things I have tried:

1. Uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek sound drivers
   
2. uninstalling and reinstalling bluetooth drivers
   
3. Using the same headphones on a laptop - both sound and mic work as expected
   
4. Using another pair of bluetooth headphones on my desktop PC - same issue persists
   

Above are the main solutions I was able to find online, however, if anyone here has other suggestions, that would be great!

New System, No Built In WIFI?

Correct, that motherboard does not include built in wifi. Some boards have it, some boards do not. This happens to be a board without it built it.

Why would you have a "router" on every floor? Typically you only want 1 single router. I can understand having a switch on each floor that all uplink back to your router.


Are you on DSL?

If you ran a cable from your PC directly into that model where the LAN ports are, do you get a connection then?
