Windows 10: I recently changed hardware and I'm struggling to reactivate windows can anyone help?

I have got an error code Windows reported that the hardware of your device has changed. Error code: 0xc004211. I recently got a new cpu and motherboard. I try to activate windows it comes up with an option to click "I've recently changed my hardware" i clicked it i get a pop up but it disappears straight away and nothing happens. I have not changed the drives at all so I am struggling to why I am having an issue with this. Any help would be appreciated. also worth noting I have tried the troubleshooter but I still recieve the same pop up mentioned before.

Need help reactivate Windows 10 after a hardware change

Hello,

I've just made a significant hardware change recently. I changed almost everything in my PC except the GPU and storage devices.

I tried to reactivate Windows 10 but got stuck at the "select device" step.

Windows doesn't include my "new" PC in the list.

Did i change too many parts and get "disqualified" to re-use my Windows license?

If not, is there anything I can do to reactive my Windows?

 

Windows 10 won't reactivate after a hardware change

I changed a lot of the hardware on my device recently, however I followed the steps on the Microsoft support page to get my computer ready for the hardware change so that I could reactivate Windows 10 after I changed the hardware. However, now it won't reactivate,
and has the error code 0xC004F025, and when I try to troubleshoot it says "We can't reactivate Windows on this device. Try again later."

My Windows 10 was a free upgrade from Windows 7.
