    I recently did a complete reset on my pc, but now it won’t work again.


    After having downloaded some files I wanted to keep to an external hard disk I wanted to completely reset my windows 10 pc. I started the reset and went down to eat. After quickly looking up I saw that it said something like “undoing changes” but I couldn’t do anything. I waited and then my normal Lock Screen popped up. I tried typing in my password only to see that there was a user profile error. I searched up online how to fix this, and most solutions said to boot up in safe mode. After doing that I just got greeted by a black screen where I could only see my cursor. Since I couldn’t press a
