I recently encountered a Microsoft support ad scam. How do I make sure I haven't been affected?

Hello,Recently, as I was browsing the internet, my browser suddenly sent me to a suspicious site with a bunch of popups saying that my PC was infected and to click here or call a number to get help. I did not click on anything and left the site as soon as I possibly could, but now I'm worried about whether I may have been infected or not with something. I did not notice any downloads on my browser and I scanned with Windows security and Malwarebytes as soon as I could, but I noticed that my full scan with Windows, which was the first one I've done on my PC, was running super slow as expected,

    :)

    Microsoft support scams

    Yes. That's a scam.

Microsoft doesn't call you if you didn't ask them to call you.

Do not trust unsolicited calls. Do not provide any personal information.
