Windows 10: I recently got a new pc but whenever I try to connect my AirPods Pro to it 2 things happen.

1: there r 2 audio options, 1 “Headset(My Name’s AirPods Pro Hands free AG Audio)” and “Headphones (My Name’s AirPods Pro Stereo)”. Only the first one works and I have to keep the volume at 1 and it is still pretty loud. The other problem is that the mic is SO BAD compared to normal. THIS IS NOT A PROMOTION but I have a twitch called Killemall76 where u can here the audio quality and it is bad. How can I fix this?(I have already tried troubleshooting the audio and it just tells me to increase my volume)

Airpods Windows 10 super loud - #2

Have same problem as identified in other questions. Airpods on Windows (new Lenovo Yoga Pro) extremely loud. Have slider at 2. Tried all prior suggestions.
