Windows 10: I recently got my computers hardware fixed and for some reason it logged me out of windows 11

I have already tried all the troubleshooting things that I was offered but they didn't work. I have only used this product key on this computer but it says I have used this on another computer. I got this straight from Micro Center and it worked the day I built my computer but ever since getting it fixed, it hasn't worked. Please help me.

that's all off already dude lol, I'm really surprised there is no fix for the recent files list/MRU in the file menu of programs haha

I appreciate the help, MS really needs to implement a Group Policy or a string that can do that for all programs installed

or just open regedit and remove all the fileX from that key.
