Windows 10: I recently replaced my cpu and gpu in my desktop and now some games power off my computer....

Before upgrading my computer, all of my games ran perfectly fine. I updated the bios, the drivers for the components, and double checked power compatibility with my new components to ensure the swap was smooth. I ran many stress tests to ensure my system was working and they performed on par with other users testing scores no overclocking was done. Afterwards I played some games Fortnite from the epic games store and overwatch from blizzard to be precise with no issue and I was happy with the way they played. If your games are not using your GPU and instead are running on your CPU, it could be due to various reasons. Here are some steps you can take to ensure that the games utilize your GPU:

1. Check Game Settings: Some games have an option in their settings menu to select which graphics processor to use. Check if American Truck Simulator and Farming Simulator 22 have this option.
   
2. Change Graphics Settings in Windows:
   
   • Go to Windows Settings > System > Display.
     
   • Scroll down and click on "Graphics settings".
     
   • Click on "Browse" under "Add an app to set preference".
     
   • Add the .exe file of the game.
     
   • Once added, click on the game then click on "Options".
     
   • Set the graphics preference of this game as "High performance" and save.
