  1. I redeemed a code for a game to play on my PC - but everything is pointing towards playing...

A friend recently gave me a code for Minecraft Legends that I recently redeemed. The problem I'm facing is that I cannot install it on my PC itself, every guide I've found either has not helped me or has brought me to the option to remote install it on an XBOX - which, again, I do not own. Is there any way I can still make use of this redeemed code or am I unfortunately locked out of it due to an error I may have missed?

    :)

  2. Redeem a game

I'm from Romania, Europe, don't know if my language will be available but i don't want it in my language, i want it in english.

I've done both Online and Windows 10 steps from the link, but still the same error:

Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page.

  3. redeem codes

    Hi,

Prepaid codes may only be redeemed once. You may redeem it on your console or on your Windows 10 PC. However, the license of the game associated to that game code can be downloaded on your Xbox One console and your Windows 10 PC provided that the code says
it is an Xbox Play Anywhere version.

    You may refer to this
    link
for the list of Xbox Play Anywhere games. You'll also find more information on that page regarding XPA games.

We hope were able to answer your query.

If there's anything else you want to clarify, don't hesitate to get back to us. We're here ready to assist you.
