Windows 10: I redeemed a xbox game code on PC and its not showing that i can play it on PC

Hi I redeemed a Xbox Call of duty cold war Ultimate edition on my pc and its not showing that i can play it on pc i redeemed it through the xbox one companion app on windows and its only letting me play it on my xbox does anybody think they can help me with this if you can thx

Prepaid codes may only be redeemed once. You may redeem it on your console or on your Windows 10 PC. However, the license of the game associated to that game code can be downloaded on your Xbox One console and your Windows 10 PC provided that the code says
it is an Xbox Play Anywhere version.
