Using a Microsoft gift card for purchases

Thanks for your response.

I do get a method of payment option, but it does not list my Microsoft account. There is also a place for debit/credit/gift card payments, but my gift card number does not match the spaces needed.

Any other suggestions?

I see that you are able to redem the code of your Microsoft gift card on your Microsoft account. Can you please log on on this website :
http://xbox.com with your Microsoft account. Then go to
Account > Redem a code. And redem your code here, this will add the money to your Microsoft account, and you will be able to buy apps and games for your Windows Phone.



If this does not work, you can contact us by chat, and we will be able to check on our system if there is an issue with the code.
