    I reinstalled windows 8.1


    I tried to reinstall windows 8.1 to windows 8.1 but i dont know what my laptop product key. my drive was lost. So i can't restored my laptop But can i install it to another windows like windows 7? Its still need product key? My laptop windows is not active yet that's why i cant find my product key. Please help me i dont know how to fix this.

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond I reinstalled windows 8.1 :) Best regards.
