    I reloaded Authenticator and it has a 8 digit pin instead of 6. How do I get back to 6 digits?


    I reloaded Authenticator and it has a 8 digit pin instead of 6. How do I get back to 6 digits? I'm using this on my iphone. I have deleted it a few times and loaded it with the same thing. I can't help from microsoft phone support.

    Authenticator- 6 digit code vs 8 digit

    I got a new phone and now my Authenticator code is 8 digits so it no longer works with my site

    Microsoft Authenticator gives only 6 digits instead of needed 8 digits

    I own a Windows Phone 10 and I need to authenticate with AuthAnvil.

    When I add this AuthAnvil account to Microsoft Authenticator then only 6 digits are shown, while AuthAnvil asks for a 8 digit OTP.

    AuthAnvil Authenticator is not available for Windows Phone, as seen
    here

    What to do now...?

    HAD TO RESTORE MY iPHONE NOW SEEING 8 DIGIT CODE INSTEAD OF 6

    I HAVE HAD TO RESTORE MY IPHONE FROM A PREVIOUS BACK UP AND NOW I CANNOT ACCESS MY CREATOR FUND ON TIK TOK AS MY AUTHENTICATOR APP IS PROVIDING AN 8 DIGIT CODE INSTEAD OF A 6 DIGIT CODE. I HAVE MY SETTINGS SET UP AS A PASSWORDLESS ACCOUNT AND 2 FACTOR AUTHENTICATION HOWEVER I STILL ONLY GET AN 8 DIGIT CODE.

    COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?
