Windows 10: I removed a avg antivirus and it left 3 services in a stopped state. how do i remove them

I find this in my task manager services window and do not know how to remove them:the program was removed from the computer but left this behind.

I am trying to update latest windows update but am told to remove avg antivirus . cant find this anywhere in programs or files. any suggestions

How do you remove AVG antivirus
and stop their annoying pop-up ads?

There was a tempting free trial offer to try AVG antivirus; only one of dozens on the market available to download. I was unsatisfied generally and now need to uninstall and remove it completely, mainly because it constantly nags me with a pop up that covers
almost half the readable screen, quite often.

When I do simple uninstall, it does not remove the whole thing. After using [ctrl+alt+del] I see about 5-6 AVG programs running even though I have uninstalled and rebooted. I tried completely deleting the AVG file directory,
but it tells me I need 'Administrator priveleges', even thought I am this computer's owner, administrator, and only user!

How in the world do you get this thing and it's annoying pop ups completely off the computer? It's slowing everything down, and it's useless to me, and annoying!
