Windows 10: I removed a profile from my laptop how do I get a deleted file back?

I removed a profile from my laptop. I thought I had gotten all my files moved over to the new profile set up, but I missed one that is critical. The main QuickBooks file. No I was stupied and did not create a recovery point and I don't have a recent backup of the file. Is there a way I can reinstate the profile and will it bring the files back?

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Delete profile pics

Hi,

The user account profile pictures of your computer are saved in File Explorer. If you want to remove them, follow the steps below:

• In the Account Settings > Your info, click Browse to open
  File Explorer.
• On the File Explorer address bar, type in the path below and click
  Enter.

%appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\AccountPictures

3. The new window will show the user account profile pictures.

4. Right-click the picture that you want to remove, then click Delete > Yes.

The user account profile picture should now be cleared.
