I renewed my subscription to Microsoft 365 on May 15th but when I go into Excel it shows many items grayed out and unavailable to format. Why did it not update my Excel.

Renewal of OFFICE-365 subscription

Hi,

I am unable to renew the OFFICE-365 subscription. The payment option only has a credit/debit card. Tried using multiple cards, it always says that the details entered are incorrect. The site says "Bank couldn't authorize the payment method". The debit cards
are all active and I have used one of them last time to renew a OFFICE-365 subscription.

Raised multiple service requests on the same, but no solution. Had long chats, still no solution.

• Enter a brief information of your concern.
  
• Click the "Contact support" button at the bottom of the page.
  
• Sign in with your Microsoft account and follow the on-screen instructions until you get a live support from Accounts and Billing.

Time to renew your subscription error

I had a month trial of Office 365 which renewed for 1 year on 28 March 2020. I have checked my account and it has definitely renewed for a one year period.

However, when I go on to Excel, Word etc the software advises me, 'Subscription cancelled on 14 June 2020, most features of Excel will be disabled'.

There is a Reactivate bar. When I click on this I get a dialogue box which says 'Time to renew your subscription' and that my current subscription has expired. I am offered the options to Renew Office or Use a different account. When I select Renew Office
I am taken to an option to buy Office 365 again!

Can someone from Office Support please help me with this as soon as possible please?
