    I rented a movie from microsoft in HD, but the movie will not stream in HD.


    The problem isn't my internet.I'd like to refund the rental but it doesn't seem possible.I'd like to know if I can either play it in HD or refund it. I can't download the movie either.

    How to rent movie in Xbox Video and play on phone?

    I rented a movie (download, not stream) using the Windows 8 Xbox Video app. After downloading, I then tried to sync to my Windows 8 phone, but am told that there are rights restrictions and that I cannot do that.



    The renting process does NOT give any options for what device playback should happen on. The playback options during rental only give options for HD or SD, and whether I want to stream the movie or download the movie.



    How do I rent a video in Xbox Video app in such a way that it will allow me to sync it to my phone and play it back?
