Windows 10: I reset Microsoft log in six digit password and not remember security question thus I...

In my computer I have 2 log in window. One is work account and one is personal but I put both account same email address. Yesterday my computer is locked may be I do mistake and I try to log in. My work account ask password six digits and I did not remember. Then I try to reset. I have to answer 3 security questions but window responds one or more answers are not correct. My other log in account personal is ok. But in this personal account I forget administrator account user name/password. How can I reset password in work account and how can I change administrator user name password in p

Thanks for the reply, but it does not help me. The website does not proceed past step 4. After entering the security code, the website does not proceed to step 5. It does not give an error message, it simply greys out the next and cancel buttons and hangs
indefinitely.

• Are you referring to removing the existing PIN?
• Are you referring to inability to log in because you forgot your PIN?
• If so, do you have other user account on your computer who has an administrator access?

If you have other user account on your computer that has administrator access, you can log in to that account and from there you can use the "I forgot my PIN" option to reset it. However, be guided that you need to remember your password(The one you use when
accessing your Microsoft account). To do so, follow the steps below:

• Go to Settings
• Click Accounts
• Click Sign-in options
• Click I forgot my PIN
• Click Continue
• Enter your Password
• Click OK
• Set up a new PIN (Enter at least a minimum 4 digit new PIN)
• Click OK
