Windows 10: I reset my laptop and now it’s stuck in a boot loop

My laptop wasn’t functioning properly so I reset it because there was nothing important as it was fairly new and I hoped to solve it as I knew what program was causing it but I couldn’t uninstall it. I reset it and everything seemed to be going fine at first and then it got to a blue installing page. This was all fine and then it got to 64%, closed down and restarted. It then booted up again and when it got back to the same page it instantly restarted. I have no idea how to solve this and I can’t even get on to the laptop because it’s stuck installing software. What should I do?

Laptop Reset Loop

I decided to reset my laptop that i am using using an hdmi, because of broken lcd, i fully reset the laptop then when it turned on its stuck on a loop 64 % installation then restarts, then does the loop over and over again everytime i boot it up. is there
a fix for this? i use this laptop for programming so its important to me.

Reset failed and now stuck in reboot loop

Before we proceed, I would like you to provide the information stated below:

1. Can you provide the error message that you receive when Reset failed?

2. Are you trying to Reset and Remove Everything or Keep Files?



As per the information you have provided, I understand that you are stuck in a reboot loop. I would suggest that you perform Power Drain and check if you are able to boot into the desktop.

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system

Once you are able to boot, I would suggest that you try performing the reset again.
