Windows 10: I reset my windows and now it won’t let me into my laptop.

I reset my windows because some apps on my laptop weren’t working and something told me to disable all of the apps that said enable so I did, then I reset my laptop. When my laptop turned back on it left me with a screen that said something about how my pin is no longer available, so I clicked on “set up my pin” and then it brought me to a box that says I need to download an app in order to make a new pin so I clicked on that to do so but it brought me back to put in my pin. I’m not able to get into my laptop at all, or reset my password.

Skype Won´t work... games won´t work...

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist

 

Hp laptop screen won’t display except occasionally

I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?
