Windows 10: I reset this PC and Got all of My files in D and E drive deleted.

My D and E drive are now completely empty. I am not writing any files in those drive so that there will be a chance of recovery. Please tell me how should i recover my files. I only care about my study videos which is of around 200GB. Is there a way to recover those videos with the folders name in which they were ?

Edit: They were pics of my family, now i want to recover every type of files there were like jpeg,rar and videos. Is it even recoverable ?

How to delete D drive encrypted by Bitlocker without password or recovery key?

There's a Dell PC running Windows 10 in my office that a previous user had that they created an encrypted D drive with Bitlocker. The guy has left and nobody has proper contact with them.

I don't care about the data on the D drive I just want to delete the drive off the PC. Steps I have already taken are:

• Reinstall Windows
  
• Reset the PC with the options "Remove everything" and "Only drives where windows is installed"
  

When I chose the option "All drives" I get an error saying "There was a problem resetting your PC".

Can anyone provide instructions on how to delete the D drive encrypted with Bitlocker?

Recover from drive - just remove my files. Does it delete data from c drive only or all the drives/partitions?

i am trying to recover from USB drive. I selected option "Just remove my files" and then i see screen with following text

• All personal files and user account on your PC will be removed.
• Any apps and programs that didn't come with your PC will be removed.
• Windows will be re-installed from the recovery drive connected to your PC.
• If you've repartitioned your system drive, this will restore its default partitions.

What is the meaning of 4th point? is it going to delete all my other partitions like d,e,f ? or it will just quick format my c drive and install windows on it
