Windows 10: I reseted my computer and having issues logging in.

When I try logging back in I get "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded." I tried everything in the advanced recovery. I reset it completely, system restore, startup settings and startup repair but didn't work.

Issue with logging in to computer

To understand the issue better, I would need more information from your end.

• Do you have a Local Account other than the new Microsoft Account on the computer?
• Do you get any error message while trying to login to Microsoft Account?

This issue could have occurred due to incorrect or forgotten password.

Method 1:

I suggest you to restart the computer and check if you get the other User Account (if you have any) in the login Screen. (Check in the bottom left of the login screen) If yes, try to login to that account and check if it works.

Method 2:

If the password for Microsoft Account is not correct, you may try resetting the same and check if you can login again.

App Store sign in issue Windows 10

As you are facing issues with logging-in to the Windows Store with Microsoft account, do let us know if you have logged-in to your computer using Microsoft account?

I suggest you to perform Windows Store reset and check if it helps.

Steps to clear the Store cache:

• Press the Windows + R keys on the keyboard.
• Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.
• Reboot the computer and then check the issues with the Windows Store.
