Windows 10: i resetted my laptop and windows is stating that i need to activate my windows but im met...

my laptop was apparently bought in a mall from a legitimate tech store known in the country. this was a gift so I'm guessing i actually do have a legit windows. the activation settings is telling me that there is no product key found and under that there's another note in red saying "something interrupted our troubleshooting. Make sure your connected to the internet, wait a few minutes and try again. Error code 0x80004005"


the error 0xc0000022 can be found after troubleshooting and stating that it can activate my windows right now and the other option is to buy one


i resetted my laptop because prior to that i also received that i need to activate my windows but i had error 0xC004F012. After i resseted my laptop for 2 days i had no problems but i was met with the notification to once again activate my windows the one i have right now- 0x80004005 . im not a smart, tech person. i searched up online how to fix these errors but to no avail i have not found a method that works. the only thing i haven't tried is to actually input a code. But even the person who bought me the laptop doesn't even know where the code is even with following the instructions. what can i do ?

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Re-Activation help

It says that its not able to activate windows on this device

I clicked on "I changed my hardware recently" and are met with "unable to activate windows"

I double checked that im signed into the right account (my gmail) but it says that my account may not have a digital licence.

As stated before however, i had computers listed in this account.

Im lost, Unless im missing something.
