Windows 10: I restarted my laptop and my windows reset and a lot of my files and apps are gone.

I tried changing my C drive’s user folder to my name but it wasn’t working so I restarted my laptop and now it looks like everything on my computer has reset. My background has changed to the default one, my apps are rearranged and some of them are gone. It won’t let me sign into my microsoft account or create a new user account for some reason and it logged me out of all my browsers so my bookmarks and saved passwords are also gone. I have no idea what happened. When I click on This PC on File Explorer and go on documents or downloads nothing is there but all my files and folders show up when

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

EMUI

Here's the steps to update EMUI 4.1.1 to 5.0 :

• Download the EMUI 5.0(desired version) .zip file, and unzip it.
• Place the .hwt file in the HWThemes folder from your phone.
• Using the Themes app, apply the new theme.
• Restart the phone, in order to see all the new changes.

And you’re done!

 

Multiple Issues After Resetting Laptop

Hi,

I recently reset my laptop and since then I've been experiencing a whole host of issues:

• Windows search bar doesn't work
• Shop app won't open
• Won't allow me to change location settings
• Clock/calendar on my toolbar is unresponsive when I click on it

Any ideas what the problem might be, please? Advice / suggestions are very much appreciated!
