Windows 10: I restarted my PC this morning and it was like starting my PC from 3 years ago?

I restarted my PC this morning and it was like starting it 3 years ago, a bunch of apps and programs were missing/not installed, the background was old, the resolution was wrong. I cannot find most of these files anywhere on my pc. Am I experiencing metadata loss or something strange? This is extremely frustrating as I have no idea what could have caused this strange issue! Please help if you can!

PC Randomly Can Not Be Started

I have tried every step as advised.

But this morning I could not start on the PC, but at 10.00 (local time) I'm able to turn on.

I notice my PC clock also change into 00.00.

Let me know if you can suggest other steps to be tried.

 

My PC restarts, What's the problems?

My PC keeps on restarting ,

System Specs are:-
Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe
i7 3770K
Samsung SSD 256GB
Corsair CX 430 PSU
Win 7

What I have done till now:-
1.My PC started restarting so what I did, I installed Win7 on 500GB Samsung SATA drive and formatted my SSD , Full Format. and then installed Win7 on SSD, which worked for say, 2 hours or so and then PC again started restarting.
2. It once also restarted when I was in BIOS.
3.While rebooting it always asks for "Launch Windows Start up repair"
4.Yesterday PC stayed ON 20 minutes and then again restarted.
5.Sometimes it get restarted often while booting and does not even come to login Screen.

Please suggest, I don't know what's the problem.

This issue usually occur due to the display driver is out dated. Let’s try simple troubleshooting steps and check if it helps resolving the issue. I would suggest you to update the Display driver manually from Device Manager. Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on “Device Manager”.
  
• 
  Expand “Display Adaptor”.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver device and select
  update.
  
• 
  Once update is done, restart the computer.
