Windows 10: I restarted my win 11 computer in safe mode, I could not log in as the PIN cannot be entered

Hello!I needed to restart my computer in safe mode.Ever since I could not log into it.The field I need to enter my pin does not appear.I tried all the available info on the net, neither helped.Thank you for your help

Cannot Enter Safe Mode / Computer boots normally

I'm running Win 10 Pro 1903.

Here are the steps I have taken to get into safe mode: Start button, settings, update and security, recovery, advanced startup, troubleshoot, advanced options, startup settings, restart. The computer boots normally, not in safe mode. Any suggestions would be most helpful. Thanks in advance for your help and interest. .

Can’t restart in safe mode

Good day all! I have an issue that prevents Windows 11 (22H2 22621.1194) from fully loading in normal mode. When I follow the steps for Safe Mode:

1. At the login screen, hold down the shift key and press the Power Button then Restart to make it enter Recovery Environment.
   
2. Now please select Troubleshoot > Select Advanced options > Select Startup Settings then Click Restart.
   
3. However, I do not get the startup options menu - the computer just starts back up like in normal mode.
   

Any suggestions?
