Windows 10: I restarted windows and now my monitor keeps flickering black

I restarted my windows because it was starting to slow down and followed the steps and did a full restart and reinstall windows. It seemed to go well but now my monitor keeps flickering black. I’ve reinstalled my display drivers and uninstalled and reinstalled programs and now I still can’t fix it after 6 hours of troubleshooting.

Screen flickers and goes black

Nothing worked thing is i flickers a bit then turns black on the computer screen but doesn't flicker or go black on the monitor also when i restarted my computer and got to the home page it went black again i tried the 2 videos im trying the steps below rn

 

Monitor Dim and Flickers

I have a new Dell Inspiron 3668 cpu and running it with my old Dell ST2010 I have run the windows "troubleshoot screen flickering in Windows 10" from Windows help. When I go to task Mngr. it still flickers. So, I uninstalled the display driver as suggested
and then ran the "Check for updates". The problem still remains. Any further suggestions?? My next step is to just replace the monitor and assume Windows 10 will not run it!

 

Monitor continuously flickering black and white

So I have a Gigabyte G27QC Gaming Monitor that has started flickering just black screen with flashes of white occasionally. What I think caused this to happen is I have a PC that’s running windows 11 and in the settings I saw an option to turn on HDR and thought to myself “why not turn it on? My monitor is HDR compatible”.

Soon as I clicked that option to turn HDR on my monitor just went black and started flickering. I can’t even log onto my PC since the screen WILL NOT stop flickering. Idk what to do. Do I try booting up in safe mode? Idk what to do.

The monitor works fine when I switch HDMI channels to my PS4PRO and I’ve just got my PC back from the company that built it for warranty work because I thought the flickering was an issue with my PC but it’s all fine they said.
