Windows 10: I runned a memory test and for some reason my pc got extremely slow

I was having issues with my cpu in which, while playing games the cpu usage would just go down a lot from time to time and the game stutter a lot which never happened to me while I already played this game on this pc.I searched for solutions and one of the people helping suggested 2 methods and one of them consisted of running a memory diagnostic tool, using the command mdsched.exe . This took about 20 minutes and when the pc restarted the icons of the apps/pastes on my desktop and everything on the task bar below were bigger for some reason. And then I tried to open the game again it got extr

Thanks to Karthicka R I am reconnected to internet.....NOW, PC is running extremely slow. I can't seem to fix it.
