Windows 10: i scratched the windows 11 oem dvd label to reveal the product key and all the letters were...

What do I do now to get a product key. There are only 11 characters visible. This is for a new installation of mb, processor, memory, and drives. I bought everything at Newegg.

What should I do when scratching the COA label does not reveal a product key for Windows 11 Pro?

I purchased Windows 11 Pro from Amazon.com Jan. 18, 2022 for $169 and installed it on my home built computer. After the installation it asked me to enter the Product Key which it said would be revealed by "Gently Scratching" the COA label. Scratching the COA label did not reveal a Product Key! I got this reply from Service Request 1536490433: "This is ****** with Microsoft Customer Support ... I have been advised that as the product was purchased through a third party retailer... request replacement of the purchased product." ****** Advanced Capabilities Advocate Team, Microsoft Support. I also wrote Microsoft a letter and asked for a new Product Key and I also wrote Bill Gates and asked him to "use your influence with Microsoft...to give me a product key or digital license...that will activate my Windows 11 Pro." No replies. Because I can't get help from Microsoft with a digital license or replacement Product Key should I take this case to small claims court to get Microsoft to make good on the Windows 11 Pro that did not, and will not, provide me a Product Key that I can use to activate my Windows 11 Pro?

 

Faulty scratch off reveals no product key

New computer with windows 10 installed. Have to scratch a pink scratch off to reveal product key to activate windows. There is no product key revealed after scratching off. What do I do?
