do not trust bank money orders. This scan is so common that craigslist used to have a banner warning on every listing. The bank will take them and add the money to your account. But several days later when the MO bounces, they come back and deduct it.

USPS MO's are safe as long as you're sure they're genuine.

 

I am constantly having money deducted from my bank account with the content Payment for goods and services at Ecom Microsoft*Store Singapore SGP

I am constantly having money deducted from my bank account with the content "Payment for goods and services at Ecom Microsoft*Store Singapore SGP" even though I have not made any transactions on the Microsoft Store at all. I also checked my order history and the list was empty.

 

I purchased Minecraft for a friend, the money got deducted from my account but he did not receive the code, and I got an error prompt

I paid via my debit card, the money got deducted, I even got the SMS regarding the same, and immediately afterwards I got another SMS saying that my account had insufficient balance for the purchase. Simultaneously, I got a prompt on the Microsoft Store saying that the purchase failed because the bank did not authorize it. So now the money is gone but there's no product received on our end.
