Windows 10: I seem to be stuck with Outlook New instead of Outlook Clasisic

In other words, I can't get the toggle in the upper right corner of Outlook New to stay in the off position.As my photo indicates the toggle for New Outlook is always on. Perhaps it was because after reinstalling all the Office 365 paid desktop apps like Word and Excel -- it was surprising Outlook Classic seemed to be skipped when I checked C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16 on my Windows 11 laptop compared to my old backup Windows 10 backup laptop.Your thoughts?

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
