    Problem Description:

    1. I'm working on a program "A." We can use MS Excel for this example.
    2. I want to work on program "B" I usually have 5-8 programs open, according to working needs, so I choose program "B" from the status bar.
    3. Program "B" window comes to the front. Let's say it's a Word document.
    4. I lift my mouse from the status bar over to program "B" Word
    5. Program "A" window Excel immediately returns to the front before I can click on the window from program "B." Word
    6. I get stuck in a loop in steps 3-5 until I'm able to click on the program "B" window fast enough to beat the computer into bringing program "A" to the foreground.
    7. I can "force select" program "B" and stay there by pressing the "enter" key, but that could disrupt the work I was doing in the program, so It's not something I want to do.

The behavior is more prevalent between programs belonging to the Office Program Suite.

Yes, this is a minor nuisance, but it breaks my concentration and harms my workflow. Please, help.
