Windows 10: I seriously need help with this Internet Browser issue

    Hey Yall, Tried everything I can think of to fix this but its getting to the point of no return.Essentially browsers aren't loading any video content. So YouTube videos are just buffering then eventually getting through in 144p, Netflix wont even load the main page, Interactive Maps for games on their wikia don't load, and downloads from the browser take an extremely long time 200kbps. When I do a speed test these are the speeds I getpic, but it makes no difference. I've done everything I can think of from rebooting everything, updating all drivers, and even re-installing windows noth

    • Have you made any recent changes prior to this issue?
    • Have you installed all the pending updates?
    • What is the exact error message or code you receive?
    I suggest you to follow the steps below and see if it helps:

    Set Internet Explorer as default browser

    I suggest you to set Internet Explorer as default web browser and restart the computer and see if it helps.

    Disable Proxy

    Sometimes using proxy to connect to the internet may cause issues while connecting to the network.

    Follow the steps below to disable proxy:

    • Press “Windows Key” + “R”.
    • Type “inetcpl.cpl”.
    • Go to Connection.
    • Click on LAN Settings.
    • Check the box which says Automatically detect settings.
    • Uncheck the box under Proxy server.

    Run Internet Connection Troubleshooter

    Though you are able to use internet, there could be some problems or some settings which could have stopped Windows services to connect to the internet.

    I suggest you to run the Internet connection troubleshooter to fix such issues, follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + R
    • Type Control
    • Click on Troubleshooting
    • Click on Connect to the internet
    • Click on Next and follow the On-screen instructions

  3. Error: "Internet Explorer is not responding" and "Website not responding" while accessing the browser on Windows 10

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response and information.

    As Windows 10 as Microsoft Edge in-built browser, I suggest you to try that browser and check if this issue persists.

    For the issues with Internet Explorer try the below and check if it helps.

    Step 1: I suggest you to run the Internet Explorer Performance troubleshooter.

    • Press Windows key, type troubleshooting
      and select it.
    • Click on View all in the left pane.
    • Click onInternet Explorer Performance and follow the onscreen instructions.

    Step 2: I suggest you to turn off and on Internet Explorer and check if it helps.

    Follow the below steps:

    • Press Windows + R, type Control Panel
      and hit Enter.
    • Click on Programs and Features.
    • Click on Turn Windows features on or off from the left pane.
    • Uncheck Internet Explorer, click on Ok.
    • Restart the computer and repeat the same as above to place a check mark on Internet Explorer.

    • In desktop search, type default app settings and select the result.

    • Under Web browser, click the current browser (EDGE).

    • Choose Internet Explorer and set it as
      default.
