Here are the troubleshooting steps I have taken, I have tried accepting in an incognito window, I have tried deleting and resharing the invite from sender end, I have tried accepting on multiple different browsers and devices on receiver end, I have tried sharing from an incognito window. I have tried sharing as a link. I have tried switching network to mobile network. all trials have resulted in the same error. "Something isn't working on our end. Wait a bit, then try here again. " . or "sorry, something went wrong"

Family member cannot accept invite to join my MS Family

I am trying to add a family member to MS365. After adding the new family member the recipient can see my invite in the family account. Accepting the invitation seems to work but then drops back to the initial screen to accept invite. After trying this multiple times the behavior has not changed. Please help add another family member to my family license.
