    trying to set the colors on windows 10 i have lost the color red. how do you get colors back?

    Have lost the color red on Windows and all apps

    Yesterday I lost the color red on Windows 10 and everything else. The only color choices I can make are greens and grays. My local Microsoft Store did a full system check of my laptop about 2 or 3 months ago, so I believe I am up to date on all mods.

    Could this be tied to the date change yesterday to 2018?

    Lost red color on computer monitor

    Sometimes I lost red color on my computer monitor. Sometimes the red color was very dark. The operating system is Windows 10. The problem occurred in the past 3 months. I didn't have this problem before December 2017.

    I called a representative of a technical support company who works for Microsoft. He said the software warrantee has been expired and I need to pay $250 to solve the problem and extend the
    software warrantee for 1 year. I decided not to but it because it doesn't make sense.

    Can anybody from Microsoft solve the problem at no cost?

    There is no red color on the monitor!

    As always, I've got a problem with Windows.

    Win ver: Windows 8 Build 9600

    Downloaded the ISO today from the Microsoft website

    Now, my problem is I can't see the red color! There is NO red color!

    The computer I'm using is pretty old, but...

    It have only VGA, I have two monitors, with one of them everything is fine and working, with the other one there is no red!

    I opened the Intel Graphics Control Panel, I tried to change the Red color in RGB settings and nothing happened, but when I changed green or blue it changes instantly...

    My graphics driver are up to date (I tried updating them, now I'll try deleting the driver and restarting the computer but I don't think it's gonna work, I'll let you know)

    Here it is where I change the colors, when I change the red one NOTHING happen.

    Please help... I really don't know what to do.. It's not a cable fault because I tried the same cable for both monitors.

    EDIT:

    My picture where I showed the Graphics Panel (a really old one) got removed don't know why .-.
