    I somehow switched to white on black


    This afternoon, I rejected the new look FB, which features white on black. I said, bluntly, that I was unimpressed, and I reverted to the classic black text on white form.

    An hour or so later, all my software changed to white on black display, and my wallpaper a photo of a duck was replaced by solid black.

    I don't do conspiracy theories, so I don't think this was done by a spiteful FB, I think I just hit the wrong combination of buttons on my new Logitech mechanical gaming keyboard. I am not a gamer, just a writer of advanced middle age who wanted a mechanical keyboard. I have reinstated my duck Personalisation/background/picture, but I need the right terms to look up how to sort the text out.

    The reversal applies in Adobe Acrobat Reader, here, in File Explorer, Word and Thunderbird: it is all-pervasive.


    It seems that blue text in Word is white under these settings, and for technical reasons, I need to be able to see the blue.

    The desktop is with photo in background other backgrounds are Black with white text.

    Monitor switched to black/white on one profile

    I have a setup with 2 user profiles. One profile works just fine, the other profile only displays black/white. No changes or updates happened. Started in Safe Mode, tried restarts and resets with no change. Any ideas?

    FIXED:

    Somebody hit Ctrl+Windows+C by mistake. This switches the monitor to black/white, Hitting these keys again switches it back to color.

    Need to print a list in black & white

    I need software that will let me print and invert in black & white.

    At the bottom of the page is a list I need to print out.
    1) I need this in black & white.
    2) I need to invert this so I get black letters against a white background.

    I can print this with white letters against a black background (in monochrome), but i'll use up too much black ink. What I want to do is invert the colors so that I get regular black letters against a white background.

    Any have any ideas?
