  1. I sometimes get a bsod when launching apps "system_service_exception" win32kbase.sys

From time to time I launch my PC and go to launch apple music or my soundboard app, and I get a bsod with the above info. I usually restart my pc and go about my day, but its getting really annoying. I could probably just delete apple music, but I like having it, and I don't know that it is actually the root problem. In another discussion I saw something about Minidump, so I'll post a link to those files here. I would love some help if anyone can!https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1xw_CNUX76PjLWdpweyX2daQDjz6zBhNB?usp=sharing

    :)

  2. SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (igdkmd64.sys)

I try to install newest Intel HD Graphics 4600 drivers on Windows 10, but get the BSOD: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (igdkmd64.sys). I tried drivers from:

    • Intel site
    • Asus (Motherboard manufacturer) site
    • Windows Update

This error come every time when trying to update the drivers. The Device Manager shows Microsoft generic VGA graphics adapter drivers and Intel drivers cannot be installed. The BSOD comes either while installing or after reboot.

The system has only Intel's onboard graphics.

How could I get Intel drivers installed without BSOD?
