Windows 10: I spilt water on my laptop

I have a Microsoft book 2, and as I was getting ready to go out for school, the water spilled all over my books, note books and laptop. My laptop keeps glitching out and not working properly. What should I do?

sweet the other day I spilt water on my computer most of them went into the holes where the charging port and it won't even turn on so I need help

 

Windows 7 Laptop - Cannot reset to factory settings

I have been trying to reset my laptop to sell and followed instructions to reset to factory settings as below

1. Select the category “System and Security” in the control panel.
   
2. In the section “Backup and restore” you can find “Recover system settings on your computer” and then click on “Advanced recovery settings”.
   
3. Then, you need to click on “Return your computer to factory condition
   

I do not have the option Return your computer to factory condition in step 3

Any ideas?

I also have the added challenge that my keyboard does not work as I spilt water on it.

This has taken me hours to try and resolve!!
