Windows 10: I started a free trial with xslrging and they ended up cha me the same day I canceled it...

I signed up for the free trial for xsl for android and I realized it was thr wrong one so I canceled it the same day I signed up for it and they charged me. I am wanting to request a refund

Cancelled a subscription before free trial ended but still got charged for it

I started the free trial of minecraft realms with 10 players and It told me I must cancel before the 15th and I did just that on the day before. But now I have been charged for it and I cannot cancel it and have to wait another month for it to autocancel,
how do I get a refund because I canceled the day before the free trial ended but still got charged. the automated assistant couldn't help and neither did the help page.

 

Cancel a trial of Office365

I was trying to open a document and the system asked me to go on a trial for Office 365 ... Idiotically accepted ... since then about 45min ago I amtrying to cancel it ... impossible wthe fantastic tools showing in hergoing to subscription and cancel ...
doesnt allow me that I can cancel it. In the further notice it is shown I CANNOT cancel a trial ...then its shown WHEN THE TRIAL is over you have to paY for the whole term.... hello what is this.... ? Also the absolute marvelous virtual agent doesnt understand
that I SIMPLY want to cancel my trial ... asking me stupid questions leading to other questions not bringing it to the point ... and on top of that I want to be connected to a real agent ... the fantastic call back function is not able to make contact with
thetelephone numbers I have provided ..... I JUST WANT TO GET OUT of thst circle ... anybody at MICROSOFT can please stop that damn trial ... thank you

 

Groove Music Trial, Ended without consent?

So I've been having quite a bit of issues with the Groove music app, particularly when trying to start the trial for 30 days. I've tried multiple methods of payment including Visa, and PayPal (none of which work); All returning an error 'Try that again'
with the dialog claiming the error to be on 'our end'.

However, even though the trial has never functioned, nor has it ever shown any sign of success past these errors, I've received two emails. The first email claims that the trial has begun. I received another email four minutes later claiming that I have
canceled my trial... Never did I consent to cancelling any trials, nor did I even know it was even working (since it never has).

At this point I still cannot access the trial, and every time I try to start it, I get the same unknown error when it tries to process the payment method.

Has anyone had any experience with issues related to this, and if so are there any known bug fixes or solutions? I realize Windows 10 is fairly new, but this seems like a pretty large issue to overlook.
