Windows 10: I STILL dont have admin privileges on my windows 10 PC

    i posted about this a long time ago and i'm asking here again as a last resort before i reinstall my entire OS to a separate SSD. Back in january 2021 i lost admin privileges on my windows 10 PC, on my own account, seemingly after CHANGING MY USERNAME. nothing more. i didn't delete any accounts or change any permissions. the only other account that exists is the encrypted "defaultuser0" account, which i do not have access to. and every time i try installing a program/doing any task that requires admin privileges, a password prompt appears for that account. why did this happen??? i've tried eve
