Windows 10: I still have issues with error 0xc000098

I have an issue with error code 0xc000098 that the boot drive reads /:BCD instead of Boot/:BCD and I have been able to get the my USB to be used as a bootable drive but in the options for installing Windows there is Custom and Upgrade, Upgrade doesn’t work on a bootable USB drive and Custom only works on the one drive where all my files are on. I decided to go to Command Prompt to do all the coding like fixboot, list volume etc. I was able to finish it but it doesn’t make a change or do anything plus I cannot access System 32. On top of that whenever I do startup repair it just restarts my com

Hi all

Ive recently ran into trouble with error codes 0xc000034 and now 0xc000098 on my windows 10 Asus laptop. Ive tried fixing the issue on my own by installing the windows 10 installation media on my usb, and then entering some lines of codes on command prompt.Ive
also tried to go back to a previous windows version and ive also tried the automatic repairs option. However, nothing seems to work, and in fact, i think ive put my computer in a poorer state through trying to fix the problem

on my own.
