  2. Can't find or delete Trojan Virus!

So lately i have spotted weird thing on my minecraft shortcut... It always deleted himself, not my worlds, mods,... but just the shortcut and the launcher to start it up. My cousin had this problem 2 years ago and said its a trojan i have been searching
all over the web but can not find anything... i have been running these virus scanners(all on full if it was poseble): 360 Total security(With the extra virusdatabases), Rkill, Kaspersky, Malwarebytes. ofcoarse a trojan sneaks into files and make anti virus's
think other files are virus's and the virus himself ins't deleted.

I am pretty scared right know so pleas help me out. I'm not good with computing so pleas in steps I still have trojan on my computer even though the question was deleted :)

    I hope there's a solution!

(I have been downloading mods if that can help but i don't have list of them anymore)

  3. Trojan in My Registry

I have an older 15 inch HP with W10 that I recently updated.

I have always had McAfee on the computer, it has never lapsed.

I have also run Spybot, Malwarebytes, Google Ghostery and ABP Adblock Popup.

When I recently bought a new printer it would not sync up with the laptop. I believe it was a driver issue as a result of the new upgrade.

But I called HP (the manufacturer of my printer) and they said I had a Trojan embedded in my Registry.
When I was online with him we went through various links and steps and yep ! There it was !

When I went to the Event Viewer it indicated that about 35 -50 ? programs have crashed/failed.

HP said they wanted to charge me 249 to fix it because it was not a printer issue.

I went to Best Buy and they said they would have to have my computer for a week and it would cost 199.

I bought a new computer, the one I have now for 239. Yeah me.

But the computer is still good ......minus the nasty trojan.......it runs slow, it takes forever to do anything and I will never use it for personal information.

I have transfered my files and links manually from the old computer to the new one...this one.

Previously, when I have had a trojan or virus, it was always right click and delete.

Not this time. Is there an easy way for a novice.......step by step........to delete it ?

The computer itself is only 14 months old. It has a lot of life in it if I can get rid of the trojan.

Can I fix it myself or should I trash it ?

    Thanks.

Virus Trojan:32/Wacatac.DC!ml not completely remediated on Windows PC

This is a "Backdoor" trojan. Read about it here: Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.D!ml - Virus Lists and Removal Steps

These are the most dangerous, and most widespread, type of Trojan.

Backdoor Trojans provide the author or ‘master’ of the Trojan with remote ‘administration’ of victim machines. Unlike legitimate remote administration utilities, they install, launch and run invisibly, without the consent or knowledge of the user. Once installed, backdoor Trojans can be instructed to send, receive, execute and delete files, harvest confidential data from the computer, log activity on the computer and more.

If your computer was used for online banking or has credit card information on it, all passwords should be changed immediately to include those used for email, eBay and forums.
You should consider them to be compromised.
They should be changed by using a different computer and not the infected one, if not an attacker may get the new passwords and transaction information.

Banking and credit card institutions should be notified of the possible security breech.
