Windows 10: I stuck at Windows 10 update to version 20h2 when it says "What needs your attention"

I want to update my Windows 10 to version 20h2..but it says I need to uninstall the VirtualBox apps to proceed for installing but I cannot find the apps in my laptop because I have completely uninstall it a long time ago. How to fix it?

Windows 10 version 20H2

The computer in question had Windows 7 on it and there was not an option to uninstall the 20H2 update. So I have reverted back to Windows 7. Is there a way to download and install Windows 10 version 2004? The games will work on that version but not the
20H2 version.

It will be stuck on showing that and will never be updated, those results are carried over from 1909 before upgrading to 2004/20H2.

And does your 'Running now' show anything at all? If you haven't got it showing, then right-click on the title of any column to add it.

20H2 should not be installed right-away on your device - MS said the rollout is only to a fraction of users and would be labeled as an optional update initially. Are you enrolled in WIP?
