Windows 10: I successfully reset my Windows 10, but it keeps looping back to this screen.

I wanted to reset my laptop before giving it to my sister. I was able to successfully do that, but now the computer keeps looping back to this screen. From here I would connect to a Wi-Fi network, and then a blue screen appears saying "Just a moment." After that a black screen with Dell logo, and then back to this "Hi there" screen! It's frustrating!


How do I get past this? Help please. Thank you.

As you are facing issue with Boot loop, I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps provided below:

• Go to the Microsoft software download website and create Windows 10
  installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot>Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.

After the repair is complete, check for status.

Black screen loop error: There was an error reseting your PC

As you are facing issue with black screen boot loop, I suggest you to perform Power Drain by following the steps provided below:

• Shut down the Computer.
• Remove all power source (including battery if it is a laptop).
• Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds.
• Connect the power source and start the computer.

If the issue still persists, create an USB installation media (ISO) for Windows 10 using the Media Creation Tool from the link provided below:

After the installation media is created, follow the steps provided below to run Startup Repair.

• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
